From years of managing face-to-face fundraising teams, watching talented reps underperform because nobody — including them — could see where the problem actually was.
The technology existed to track results. What didn't exist was a tool built for the specific rhythm of F2F work — fast-moving, rep-led, with a repeatable process that could be measured step by step.
So we built it.
